Better inclusivity

I would like to propose that we have options in our profiles to add information about our identities if we so choose, such as gender, sexuality, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, or otherwise. Even something as easy as a pronoun option would be a great place to start. One way to do that would be to provide a "bio" section we could make public. I would also like to see support for visual disabilities (such as an option to provide a written caption on images for screen-readers to utilize).
