Odd Comments bug in Newsfeed (web version)

This all happens in the web version, since I don't have access (yet) to the app, I can't test there:

If you go to a Newsfeed post and click on the post itself, you can see the comments.

BUT

If you click directly on the comments icon it shows NO comments at all.

While making this video I noticed something weirder...

If you click on a post where you've seen the comment already, it'll display. but not if you've only clicked on the comment button. in the video it's clearer and you can see me realize this.
